It began with a quick animation that I made in basically a single hour. Surprisingly, many people seemed to really like it!

It became clear that I had to go beyond just a 5 second animation. The weekend was coming up and I had extra time on my hands, so I might as well.

I created a small group to help with the trailer. @ComicCyrus helped create the skin textures for the main characters while @schrimbly helped with the animation itself (He contributed a ton).

The whole process felt so surreal. Even just a single frame of progress received thousands of interactions.

Then came release day. Probably one of the most unreal experiences I've had in a while. The video on Twitter garnered over 280k likes in just a few hours after publish. Funnily enough, we were able to double the amount of likes the original trailer received.

It didn't calm down over on YouTube either, with the video gaining over 2 million views in the first 24 hours. It also reached #8 on Trending!

More importantly, I finally reached my dream goal of hitting 100k subscribers!
